Article 1

The apparatus described as "Becton Dickinson fluorescence activated cell sorter, FACS IV", which is the subject of an application by the Government of the United Kingdom of 22 October 1980, may be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
