Article 1

The apparatus described as "ORTEC - economical energy dispersive spectrometer, model EEDS II, with Si (Li) X-ray detector, model 7880-S-449", which is the subject of an application by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany of 27 October 1980, may not be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2
