Article 1

The apparatus described as "Gilford photoacoustic spectrometer, model R-1500", which is the subject of an application by the Federal Republic of Germany of 27 November 1980, may not be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
