1. Member States shall communicate to the Commission for each calendar month, not later than four weeks after the end of the month in question, the data listed in the Annex concerning exports of cereal and rice products effected by way of food aid, both national and Community, under the Food Aid Convention.
2. In respect of operations carried out during the period 1 August 1981 up to the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the Member States shall communicate the data referred to in paragraph 1 to the Commission not later than 31 December 1981.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
