Article 1

The apparatus described as 'PGT-energy dispersive X-ray analysis system, model XCEL', which is the subject of an application by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany of 10 June 1981, may be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
