The apparatus described as 'PHI-Auger electron spectrometer, model 5000, with Leed electron optics unit, model 15-120 and Leed electronics system, model 11-020', which is the subject of an application by the Federal Republic of Germany of 15 June 1981, may not be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.
