The Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters between the European Economic Community and the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic on trade in the sheepmeat and goatmeat sector, supplemented by two exchanges of letters relating, respectively, to points 2 and 9 of the said Agreement, is hereby approved on behalf of the Community. The texts of these instruments are attached to this Decision.
The President of the Council is hereby authorized to designate the person empowered to sign the Agreement in order to bind the Community. Done at Luxembourg, 14 June 1982. For the Council The President
