Article 1

The apparatus described as 'JEOL - Electron Microscope, model Temscan-200 CX', which is the subject of an application by the Federal Republic of Germany of 28 December 1981, may not be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
