Article 1

The apparatus described as "Jeol - Scanning Electron Microscope, model JSM-35C, which is the subject of an application by the Federal Republic of Germany of 16 July 1982, may not be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
