Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2480/82 of 13 September 1982 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1822/77 in respect of the collection of the co-responsibility levy in the milk and milk products sector

Article 1

Article 4 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 1822/77 is hereby replaced by the following:

'3. Where the preceding paragraphs are applied the operations indicated in Article 3 (3) shall be carried out at the latest, as appropriate:

- within 45 days of the end of the quarter concerned,

- before 15 May of the year following the calendar year concerned.'

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
