Article 1

The extended plan for the eradication of bovine tuberculosis as presented by the Hellenic Republic is hereby approved.

Article 2

Financial participation by the Community shall be in respect of eligible expenditure on account of slaughterings taking place on or after 1 January 1983.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Hellenic Republic.
