Article 1

The apparatus described as 'SLM - Spectrofluorometer, model SLM 4800S', which is the subject of an application by the Federal Republic of Germany of 13 December 1982, may not be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
