Article 1

The apparatus described as 'SLM - Spectrofluorometer, model SLM 4800S' which is subject of an application by the Federal Republic of Germany of 14 January 1983 may not be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
