The apparatus described as 'Kinemetrics - Seismic Monitoring System, model Dataseis, with accessories', which is the subject of an application by Italy of 21 February 1983, may not be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
