The apparatus descirbed as 'Hitachi - Transmission Electron Microscope, model H700H, with scanning attachment and X-ray energy dispersive detector', which is the subject of an application by the United Kingdom of 23 February 1983, may not be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
