The apparatus described as 'Perkin-Elmer - Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, model 4000', which is the subject of an application by the Federal Republic of Germany of 18 February 1983, may be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
