The apparatus described as 'Perkin Elmer - Infrared Spectrophotometer, model 283' which is subject of an application by the Federal Republic of Germany of 30 May 1983 may not be imported free of Common Customs Tariff duties.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
