The aid which the Italian Government proposes to award under Law No 675/77 to an undertaking manufacturing pyjamas and knitted underwear at Bologna, and which was notified to the Commission by letter dated 6 September 1983, is incompatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 92 of the EEC Treaty and must therefore not be granted.

The Italian Government shall inform the Commission within one month of the date of notification of this Decision of the measures taken to comply therewith.
This Decision is addressed to the Italian Republic.
