Article 1

Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 2448/77 is hereby replaced by the following:

'Article 1

Oranges withdrawn from the market

- of the Sanguinello and Sanguigno varieties

- of the Moro and Tarocco varieties, for the 1986/87 and 1987/88 marketing years, subject to a maximum of 30 000 tonnes per year,

shall be disposed of to the processing industry by the agency appointed by the Member State concerned, either by way of a standing invitation to tender or by public auction.'

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
