89/579/EEC: Council Decision of 30 October 1989 amending the legal bases of Decisions 87/593/EEC, 87/594/EEC and 87/595/EEC

Article 1

In Decisions 87/593/EEC, 87/595/EEC and 87/595/EEC, the first citation is hereby replaced by the following:

'Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 113 thereof,'.

Article 2

This Decision shall take effect on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

It shall apply with effect from 30 November 1987.
