The products covered by Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 and subject from 1 January 1990 to the supplementary trade mechanism (STM) on import from Spain into the Community as constituted at 31 December 1985, shall be as set out in the list in the Annex hereto. The STM shall not apply to imports into Spain from the Community as constituted at 31 December 1985, of the products listed in Article 81 (2) (b) (cc) of the Act of Accession,
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 30 March 1989.
