The following additional note is inserted into Chapter 35 of the combined nomenclature annexed to Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87: 'Additional note: 1. Heading No 3504 includes concentrated milk proteins with a protein content of more than 85 % by weight, calculated on the dry matter'.
This Regulation shall enter into force six weeks after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 11 October 1990.
