The following paragraph is hereby added to Article 4 (1) (b) of Regulation (EEC) No 4055/86: 'Agreements concluded by the former German Democratic Republic shall be adjusted as soon as possible and in any event not later than 1 January 1995.'
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 4 December 1990. For the Council The President G.
