Article 1

Regulation (EEC) No 1657/91 is hereby amended as follows: In the third subparagraph of Article 3 (1) of Regulation (EEC) No 1697/91, a semi-colon is inserted after the first sentence and the following is added: 'in Portugal before 27 July 1991.'

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 29 July 1991.
