Article 1

For the invitations to tender opened by Regulation (EEC) No 2321/91 and in view of the tenders forwarded to the Commission on 7 August 1991: 1. as regards the supply of 2 000 tonnes of butter to Bulgaria, the maximum price for supply costs shall be ECU 154,50 per tonne; 2. as regards the supply of 4 200 tonnes of skimmed-milk powder to Bulgaria, the maximum price for supply costs shall be ECU 153,38 per tonne.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 12 August 1991.
