Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 is amended as follows: 1. CN code 0406 90 11 reads: 'CN code Description Rate of duty Supplementary unit autonomous % or levy (AGR) conventional % 1 2 3 4 5 0406 90 11 For processing (5) 23 (AGR) (2) (3) -' 2. the following is added as footnote 5: '(5) Admission under this subheading is subject to the conditions laid down by the relevant Community provisions.'
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 21st day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply from 1 January 1992. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 17 December 1991.
