The refund applications submitted by NMB (Deutschland) GmbH, Langen, Germany, for the period January 1987 to September 1991 are granted in respect of the following amounts and rejected for the remainder. - January 1987 to September 1988: [ . . .], - October 1988 to September 1989: [ . . .], - October 1989 to September 1990: [ . . .], - October 1990 to September 1991: [ . . .].
The amount set out in Article 1 shall be refunded by Germany.
This Decision is addressed to the Federal Republic of Germany and NMB (Deutschland) GmbH, Langen, Germany. Done at Brussels, 3 June 1992.
