The Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Latvia on trade and commercial and economic cooperation is hereby approved on behalf of the European Economic Community. The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.
The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Community, give the notification provided for in Article 21 of the Agreement (2).
The Commission assisted by representatives of the Member States, shall represent the Community in the Joint Committee set up by Article 18 of the Agreement. Done at Brussels, 21 December 1992.
