Article 1

The Agreement between the Member States of the European Coal and Steel Community and the European Coal and Steel Community, of the one part, and the Republic of Slovenia, of the other part, is hereby approved.

The text of the Agreement is annexed to this Decision.

Article 2

On behalf of the European Coal and Steel Community, the President of the Commission hereby gives the notification provided for in Article 16 (2) of the Agreements (1).
