Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1330/93 of 28 May 1993 amending Regulation (EEC) No 3824/93 laying down the prices and amounts fixed in ecus as a result of the monetary realignments

Article 1

The last subparagraph of Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 3824/92 is hereby replaced by the following:

'For products of the sectors in which the 1993/94 marketing year begins before 14 May 1993, it shall apply from the beginning of the 1994/95 marketing year.

In the case of aid to hops producers, it shall apply from the entry into force of the Council regulation fixing the aid to producers for the 1992 harvest.'

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
