1. A definitive anti-dumping duty is hereby imposed on imports of bicycles and other cycles (including delivery tricycles), not motorized falling within CN code 8712 00, originating in the People's Republic of China. 2. The rate of the duty, applicable to the net, free-at-Community-frontier price, before duty, shall be 30,6 %. 3. The provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.
The amounts secured by way of provisional anti-dumping duty imposed by Regulation (EEC) No 550/93 shall be definitively collected at the rate corresponding to the definitive duty. Amounts secured in excess of the definitive rate of duty shall be released.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 8 September 1993. For the Council The President W.
