Article 6 of Regulation (ECSC, EC, Euratom) No 3161/94 is hereby amended as follows: (a) the figures in paragraph (2) shall be replaced as follows: '>TABLE> `; (b) the following shall be added at the end of paragraph (4) second sentence: 'except as regards the persons referred to in those Articles and residing in Austria, Finland or Sweden`.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 22 May 1995. For the Council The President A. MADELIN
