This Decision is addressed to Ruhrkohle Handel GmbH, JΓ€gerhofstraΓe 29, D-40479 DΓΌsseldorf and to Raab Karcher Kohle GmbH, Rudolf-von-Benningsen-Foederder-Platz 1, D-45131 Essen.
