Directive 66/401/EEC is hereby amended as follows: in column 2 of the Table in Annex III '20` is replaced by '25` in the case of - Lupinus albus - Lupinus angustifolius - Lupinus luteus - Pisum sativum - Vicia faba, and - Vicia sativa.

Directive 69/208/EEC is hereby amended as follows: in column 2 of the Table in Annex III '20` is replaced by '25` in all the cases where it appears and '10` is replaced by '25` in the case of Carthamus tinctorius.

Directive 70/458/EEC is hereby amended as follows: point 1 of Annex III is replaced by the following: '1. Maximum weight of a seed lot: >TABLE> The maximum lot weight shall not be exceeded by more than 5 %.`

1. Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations or administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive not later than 1 July 1996. They shall immediately inform the Commission thereof. When Member States adopt these provisions, these shall contain a reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such reference at the time of their official publication. The procedure for such reference shall be adopted by Member States. 2. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the text of the main provisions of national law they adopt in the field covered by this Directive.

This Directive shall enter into force on the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
