The notified concentration between ABB and Daimler-Benz AG is hereby declared compatible with the common market and with the operation of the EEA Agreement, on condition that the undertakings given by the parties and set out in point 139 are fulfilled.
The parties shall report to the Commission in accordance with point 146 of this Decision.
