Article 1

The State aid envisaged by Italy for Mini Acciaieria Odolese in the context of the restructuring of the Italian private steel industry is compatible with the common market. The grant of such aid totalling Lit 5 437 million is accordingly authorized.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Italian Republic.
