Article 1
Commission Decision 97/87/EC is amended as follows: 1. In Article 1, paragraph 3, the words '30 June 1997` are replaced by '1 November 1998`. 2. In Article 3, second sentence, the words '1 March 1998` are replaced by '31 December 1998`.
