Article 1
In Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 936/97, 'New Zealand Meat Producers Board` is replaced by 'New Zealand Meat Board`.

Article 2
Regulation (EEC) No 139/81 is amended as follows: 1. Article 5(2) is replaced by the following: '2. The list may be revised by the Commission where any issuing authority is no longer recognised, where it fails to fulfil any of the obligations incumbent on it or where a new issuing authority is designated.`; 2. In Annex II, 'New Zealand Meat Producers Board` is replaced by 'New Zealand Meat Board`.
Article 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1998. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 29 July 1998.
