Article 1
The measures notified by Belgium which exceed the maximum recovery and recycling target laid down respectively in Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of Directive 94/62/EC are hereby confirmed.

This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of Belgium. Done at Brussels, 15 September 1999. For the Commission Ritt BJERREGAARD Member of the Commission (1) OJ L 365, 31.12.1994, p. 10.
