Article 1
The State aid amounting to EUR 725541,81 which Spain is planning to implement in favour of Brilén SA is incompatible with the common market. This aid may accordingly not be implemented.

Article 2
The State aid amounting to EUR 483694,54 which Spain is planning to implement in favour of Brilén SA is compatible with the common market in accordance with Article 87(1) of the Treaty. Implementation of this aid is accordingly authorised.
Article 3
Spain shall inform the Commission, within two months following notification of this Decision, of the measures taken to comply with it.
