The amendment to the pH range for the cheese covered by the protected designation of orign "Idiazábal" from the present 5,1 to 5,8 to 4,9 to 5,5 is hereby registered and published in accordance with Article 6(4) of Regulation (EEC) No 2081/92.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 29 October 1999.
