2000/742/EC: Council Decision of 16 November 2000 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement on cooperation in science and technology between the European Community and the Government of the Russian Federation

Article 1

The Agreement on cooperation in science and technology between the European Community and the Government of the Russian Federation is hereby approved on behalf of the Community.

The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.

Article 2

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Community, give the notification provided for in Article 12 of the Agreement(5).
