Article 2
On the basis of the facts in its possession, the Commission has no grounds for further action under Article 81(1) of the EC Treaty and Article 53(1) of the EEA Agreement in respect of the modified scope of cooperation between Koninklijke KPN NV, Swisscom AG and Telia AB in regard of their joint subsidiary Unisource.
