Article 1

The State aid scheme proposed by Greece for fruit and vegetable growers whose crops were damaged by field mice in the summer of 1997 is hereby deemed compatible with the common market under Article 87(3)(c) of the Treaty. The measure may therefore be implemented.

Article 2
