2001/395/EC: Council Decision of 14 May 2001 on the accession of the European Community to the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Regulation No 13-H on the component approval of passenger cars in respect of their braking

Article 1

The European Community shall accede to Regulation No 13-H of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe on the component approval of passenger cars in respect of their braking.

The text of the Regulation is attached to this Decision(6).

Article 2

In accordance with the provisions of Article 9(1) of Directive 70/156/EEC, the equivalence of the requirements of Regulation No 13-H of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and those of Council Directive 71/320/EEC, shall be recognised.
