The state aid which Finland has implemented for Ojala-Yhtymä Oy, amounting to EUR 4,15 million, is compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3) of the Treaty.

The state aid which Finland has implemented for Ojala-Yhtymä Oy, amounting to EUR 4,15 million, is compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3) of the Treaty.
