1. Mrs Kerstin Margareta SUNDSTRÖM, born in Längbro (Sweden) on 4 February 1941, is hereby appointed chairperson of a Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs) for the period from 1 March 2002 to 28 February 2006. 2. Mr Peter Christian DYRBERG, born in Copenhagen (Denmark) on 16 October 1962, and Mr Fernando LÓPEZ DE REGO FERNÁNDEZ, born in Badajoz (Spain) on 24 August 1951, are hereby appointed members of a Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs) for a period of five years.

The date on which the five-year period referred to in Article 1(2) will start shall be determined by the Administrative Board of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs).
