Commission Regulation (EC) No 593/2001 of 27 March 2001 amending Regulation (EC) No 528/1999 laying down measures to improve the quality of olive oil production

The following subparagraph is added to Article 3(2) of Regulation (EC) No 528/1999:"The ceilings shall be adjusted on the basis of the difference between the calculation of the deduction from the aid based on estimated production and that based on actual production for the marketing year preceding that on the basis of which the ceilings are fixed under the second subparagraph."
This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 27 March 2001.
