Annexes A and B to Regulation (EC) No 2223/96 shall be amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall not apply during the transitional period that may be granted to Member States in accordance with Article 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 2516/2000. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 22 May 2001.
