Council Regulation (EC) No 1105/2001 of 30 May 2001 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1911/91 on the application of the provisions of Community law to the Canary Islands

Article 1

In Article 5(1) and (6) and Article 6(1) of Regulation (EEC) No 1911/91 the date "31 December 2000" shall be replaced by "31 December 2001".

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

It shall apply from 1 January 2001.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
